Competition: Win tickets for ’50/50′ at BFI LFF *closed*

CineVue have once again teamed up with American Express®, headline sponsor of the 55th BFI London Film Festival, to offer two lucky readers and their guests the chance to be one of the first to see Jonathan Levine’s 50/50 (2011) – starring Seth Rogen and Joseph Gordon-Levitt – on Thursday 13 October, 8:15pm at Vue 5/7.

50/50 stars Joseph Gordon-Levitt as Adam and Seth Rogen as Kyle, best friends whose lives are changed dramatically when Adam is diagnosed with cancer. Rooted in reality, funny and with well-developed characters and truthful performances, this is a welcome antidote to conventional treatments.

As special guests of American Express®, the winner and their companion will be invited to pre-screening drinks at an exclusive West End bar before taking their seats at one of the capital’s finest screening venues.

American Express® supports the BFI in bringing some of the best in world cinema to the UK. At this year’s Festival there will be a number of exciting events on offer including UK film premieres and a series of Screen Talks featuring notable actors and directors talking about their work.
