Competition: Win ‘Taken 2’ on Blu-ray *closed*

The first Taken (2008) transformed Irish actor Liam Neeson from a soft-hearted kitten into a kick-ass action hero. Neeson, as Bryan Mills, returns to his growling best in Taken 2 (2012), which sees him abducted along with his ex-wife (Famke Janssen) in Istanbul by the relatives of those he killed in the last movie. To celebrate the release of Taken 2 on DVD, Blu-ray and UltraViolet on Monday 4 February, we have TWO Blu-ray copies to give away to our avid readers, courtesy of Appliances Online. This is an exclusive competition for our Facebook and Twitter fans, so if you haven’t already, ‘Like’ us at or follow us @CineVue before answering the question below.

In Taken 2, it’s up to Mills’ daughter (Maggie Grace) to track down her parents and save the day. So begins a cat and mouse adventure across the picturesque city of Istanbul as Mills battles his abductors to save himself and his wife, while his daughter similarly tries to outrun potential kidnappers as she attempts to discover the whereabouts of her parents. Filled with thrilling fight scenes and catchy dialogue, Taken 2 is sure to become a favourite in your DVD/Blu-ray collection.
