A host of classic cult films spanning the past 50 years will be making a special comeback at Vue Cinemas throughout April, May and June thanks to the ‘Back in Vue’ strand. The season will run for eight weeks and includes hallowed fan favourites The Evil Dead, Labyrinth, Stand By Me, Trainspotting, A Clockwork Orange and the digital cinema premiere of Bonnie and Clyde. In honour of the season, we have a pair of tickets to give away to a cult film screening of your choice. For the final week of the season, film fans will be able to cast their vote for which modern classic they want to return to the big screen via the Vue Facebook page and Empire Magazine’s Twitter feed. The shortlist comprises of Anchorman, Enter The Dragon, Ferris Bueller’s Day Off, RoboCop and The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert. Having all been digitally re-mastered for the big screen, the selection of films will be shown at 24 major Vue Cinemas nationwide and in Dublin on Monday and Wednesday evenings during the eight week run.
