Competition: Win ‘Alpha Papa’ *closed*

Steve Coogan’s most famous comedy creation Alan Partridge made his big screen debut earlier this year in Alan Partridge: Alpha Papa (2013), with the self-proclaimed “king of chat” facing off against a crazed gunman at North Norfolk Digital HQ. To celebrate the home entertainment release of Declan Lowney’s hilarious Alpha Papa this coming Monday (2 December), we have TWO bundles to give away which include a Blu-ray copy of the film, a North Norfolk Digital mug and an “I Am Siege Face” t-shirt. This is an exclusive competition for our Facebook and Twitter fans, so if you haven’t already, ‘Like’ us at or follow us @CineVue before answering the question below.

When Alan’s (Coogan) radio station, North Norfolk Digital (“North Norfolk’s best music mix”), is taken over by a new media conglomerate, it sets in motion a chain of events which see Alan having to work with the police to defuse a potentially violent siege. Will Alan talk round disgruntled colleague Pat Farrell (Colm Meaney)? Will there be shots fired in anger? Will Alan become a public hero or simply another footnote in the history of broadcasting? And what is the people of North Norfolk’s least favourite “monger”?

To be in with a chance of winning one of TWO Blu-ray copies of Alpha Papa, a North Norfolk Digital mug and an “I Am Siege Face” t-shirt, just answer the following simple question:

What is the name of Alan’s long-suffering PA?

a) Lynn
b) Sonja
c) Susan

To enter, simply fill out the contact form below with your name, email address, subject (‘Alpha Papa’) answer and postal address.*

*Please note that this is a special competition which only our Facebook and Twitter fans will be eligible to win. If you are not on our Facebook ‘Like’ list, then you can easily join us by following this link: and/or follow us on Twitter @CineVue.
