Competition: Win ‘In a World’ *closed*

Lake Bell writes, directs and stars in the Sundance Award-winning comedy In a World (2013), which follows struggling vocal coach Carol (Bell) as she gets her first big break in the cutthroat world of movie trailer voiceovers, in direct competition with her father (Fred Melamed) – the industry’s king – as well as his arrogant protégé (Ken Marino). To celebrate the DVD release of Bell’s feature debut this coming Monday (20 January), we have THREE copies of In a World to give away to our fantastically loyal readership. This is an exclusive competition for our Facebook and Twitter fans, so if you haven’t already, ‘Like’ us at or follow us @CineVue before answering the question below.

In this hilarious and idiosyncratic comedy, Carol (Bell) is an underachieving voice coach living in the shadow of her egotistical father Sam (Melamed), the undisputed don of the voiceover industry. When Sam kicks her out, Carol lands her first voiceover job with the help of charming sound engineer Louis (Martin). As romantic sparks begin to fly, Carol finds herself facing a momentous decision when continued job offers put her in head to head competition with her dad.

To be in with a chance of winning one of THREE copies of In a World on DVD, just answer the following simple question:

Which of the below was a famous American voiceover artist?

a) Andrea LaFontaine
b) Don LaFontaine
c) Jean de La Fontaine
