Jumanji: The Next Level – What to expect

Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle was released in 2017. This is a reboot of the 1995 Jumanji, starring the late Robin Williams and was a great success. Earlier this year, Dwayne Johnson, who plays Dr. Smolder Bravestone in the movie, revealed that there will be a sequel to Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle.

The Jumanji game was originally a board game that the players got sucked into. The 2017 remake then built on this to keep up with technology and therefore transformed from a board game, into a video game from the 1980s. The speculation around the sequel is that the game will evolve again to incorporate the technology we use more regularly today like smartphones or online gaming. This is a popular idea because of the increasing popularity of online gaming. It is thought that the next movie will go into the realm of smartphones and virtual reality as the next platform for the Jumanji game.

In order to promote the movie, we could be seeing Jumanji in many new areas like in online games that replicate the Jumanji game. A game like this would be a great way to experience Jumanji as it allows you to feel like you are a character in the game. There are already a few sites that have online games dedicated or themed around Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle. One of these being the online casino Unibet, which has slot games based on the movie. This serves as a great way to promote the movie and it will be interesting to see if there will be more games based on the sequel.

Some other information that will be interesting to see will be whether the game and characters will stay the same, especially if the new movie is themed around a new gaming platform. At least we know for sure that the movie will have the same directors and writers that Welcome to the Jungle had. It is also thought that Kevin Hart, Jack Black and Karen Gillan are expected to return as well. Which is great as we can look forward to a complete follow-up from the previous film.

Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle ended up being the Sony studio’s highest domestic grossing film of all time and did almost just as well as Star Wars: The Last Jedi. It is said that the new film will again be put up against the next Star Wars which will be Star Wars: Episode IX. If the new movie follows the same comedy stream that it did previously, and the same chemistry is there between the actors, the next Jumanji movie is set up to be a good movie.
